Charter/Group ToursIn addition to our scheduled safaris, we also arrange specialised expeditions for private and incentive groups as well as a large number of dedicated departures for overseas operators. These are customised according to request and tailored to suit special requirements and budget. Charter tours will be run subject to a minimum group size of 6 people. Contact our office for more information on how to arrange this type of holiday.
Please note:As our vehicles are very much in demand, it is recommended to arrange a private charter tour well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Tailor made guided toursThese tours are specially designed on an individual basis for the clients who prefer a certain degree of luxury when traveling. The accommodation is in guest houses or country lodges and the tours can be tailored according to your budget and comfort. Transport is in air-conditioned vehicles, depending on the group size.
Day tours/transfers and accommodationWe will arrange any pre and/or post tour transfers and accommodation for our clients to make their holiday as “hassle free” as possible. For clients arriving in South Africa a few days before embarking on our tour, we can offer a variety of day tours in each area. For more details and prices contact our experienced consultants who will assist you with these arrangements.
Special ToursSelf DriveSelf-drives are aimed at the more independent traveler who also enjoys a certain degree of pre-holiday organisation. This form of holiday is personalised and the cost is calculated according to your budget and standard of accommodation. The accommodation ranges from self-catering to luxury. All you need to do is submit a proposed itinerary of places you would like to see and we will do the rest. We will arrange a car for you as well as any air transfers during the trip, should this be necessary. Upon commencement of your holiday, you will be given a detailed folder containing a day to day itinerary, map book and suggestions on things to do in the areas you will be visiting.
